I dv6-6115nr bought this during a lightning sale on a whim. Demanded a new laptop to exchange my 3.5 twelvemonth old HP laptop that was starting to freak out on me, merely hadn’t done likewise much inquiry yet. For starters, the DVD/CD drive is extremely hard to open. Not surely if I but went a lemon, merely I experience to press Way too difficult on the open push to induce it to capable and it takes several tries to do it. I fearfulness this drive might not open totally soon. I’ve thought sending it back due to this concern, only believe it might be also much of a hassle for something I’m not sure is a huge problem. The other worry is that, when I took it away of “sleep” style the other day, the screen got freaking out and showing some lines across it. Computer received to be restarted and it’s worked fine since then. Mayhap this was a one-time thing. Having had the computer for only two weeks, I’m getting a bad vibe.
The other issue I receive is that I’m not super comfortable using the keyboard and mouse. It may merely have getting utilised to. My old HP is very like to this one equally far equally the tone and layout. Yet, the keys on this are rocky and construct loud clicking sounds when I eccentric or press the mouse buttons. My old HP was more silent when I typed and clicked the mouse buttons and seemed to be more smooth when doing this. Also, when I move the mouse across the screen, it seems to glide faster than I meanspirited for it to. Like, I’m trying to mouse over a position on my screen and the arrow SLIDES slenderly past the steer I’m aiming for and I have to coast it back. Variety of annoying.
